We are the youth organisation, nature conservation association and mountain sports association for all young people in northern Germany.
And yes - people in northern Germany also do mountain sports - we have over 12,000 Alpine Club members under the age of 27 who enjoy mountains, low mountain ranges, being outdoors and nature conservation.

Please check how high the risk of forest fires is before you use the fire pit at the campsite.
You can find this out on the map on the right under Bevern (Holzminden district). From level 3, ‘public fireplaces or barbecue areas in and around the forest’ may no longer be used. This also applies to our fireplace!
Please also keep the emergency routes around the tent site and the climbing areas clear.
